I have looked on the tutorials but cannot locate anything on making a 'back to top' button, you know the type, rather than the user having to scroll back to the top of the page.
Any help appreciated
Julie
OK I have found out how to insert a bookmark, go to insert>bookmark. Put it any place near the top. name it "top" or something. Insert text at the bottom of page, select the text, click hyperlink and select "top" in the bookmark dropdown menu. Hope u understand...
I didnt insert any bookmarks at top of page to do mine. There is a _top type automatically set up in BV. I just wrote TOP at the bottom of my pages. Then i highlited the text and clicked on the hyperlink button. Then in that area I make sure that the URL location is blank. In the target area i select _top. voila! Works fine for me.
From the top menu, select insert/bookmark & place symbol at top of page. Double click on symbol & rename if wished from bookmark1, to top of page. Can be just left as default.
Part 2.
Create some text (Top of page) & highlight.
When highlighted, select hyperlink & then from the bookmark dropdown menu, select βtop of pageβ. (If this is how you named it)
