wont download tutorials

:P :o :( I have downloaded blue voda but it wont download tutorials.At All.!!! I have reinstalled,stood on my head while reading the biggles series and feel now that I am in the stickiest situation since sticky the stick insect got stuck on a sticky bun!!
Any help????
