Hi!
Most survey polls already have answers listed, we just select and Submit.
Please recommend, where I can find a program and
can do a Survey that need to fill up the answer.
Ex. Tell us your favorite cars.

I know it can be done using Form but
how to make it to see result in percentage, number of people has voted and so on.

Unless you know how to program in php / mysql, you will need to either outsource this or find a rating script to embed in your pages.
