Hopefully, you know how to find and use the BlueVoda Tutorials that detail every aspect of designing your website .....

From the BlueVoda Toolbar: VIEW > PAGE PROPERTIES, and at the Bottom of the Dialog you will see the "Center in browser" option field ... select "Center this page in browser horizontally"
