Desperately looking for help.

Cannot publish any pages, continually get this error message when I try to publish.

I get Internet Exception Error 12003
An internal error has occurred
200 TYPE is now 8-bit binary
229 Extended Passive Mode Entered.

Vodahost Tech have tried to help but cannot come up with a solution.

Any advice greatly appreciated
