reinstalling a backup of database

please could you tell me how to update an existing database with a saved file.

had to delete my osc cart, i backed up my products and now want to reinstall the database and restart

Hi, i try import my db with 4.15MB and i cannot, i already see the video but stay the same, i try explain here the steps.

1 i go myphpadmin
2 click on the tab SQL
3 click on tab import files
4 browse on pc the SQL file
5 go
6 get a little windows says security information "do you want to display the nonsecure items?" i click yes and i see
The page cannot be displayed

so how can i do for send the db? also have any software can do that and split the SQL file?

the video is excelent but like i say i try both copy and paste and browse and give me the window like i explain before, so i put here a picture for better understand.
