Hi,
OK....still some work to do, I'm afarid :(
I'm with Firefox, by the way
1.Index page took a looong time to load..once in cache not so bad, but first time was slow
2.Background on Index page incomplete - big white spaces on left & right sides
3.Links: some problems here: firstly there are no links back to Home from all pages - in "Gallery" if I go to 2 or 3 'quick links' I must come all the way back with my back button to get back to home - "Gallery" & "Recent Photos" seem to be exactly the same page? - for "Photo Contest" I get "The URL is not valid and cannot be loaded"? - "Upload Picture" I get "Your login details were incorrect." - "Search" link from index I get "Not Found" - "Support" the Home link does nothing!
In "Gallery"/Recent Photos" when I click the "Categories" quick link I see no change to the page? In "Categories" you have a "Home" link but it only takes me back to the main Gallery page....misleading I'd have to say.
In "Search" I couldn't get a result for anything! Even using words like 'cars' or 'trees'.
And finally........the Contact Us link at the bottom of the Index page doesn't work, sorry.
It's an ambitious project you're undertaking & I think you're off to a good start. Don't be discouraged....it's just a matter of tweaking here & there!
Spelling & grammar are pretty good, by the way :)
When you're done I have a couple of interesting shots I'll submit for the photo of the week - he...he

Thanks ahimsa for taking the time to go over the site and point out the problems.
I knew of some of the problems,i was not finish with the site,just wanted to know if i was going in the right direction.
About the picture of the week....you never know hehhehe!!!

I,m just trying to get some ideas for my site, so thought I'd check out what others are doing...

can't see your website all as it needs an authorization code... I'm using FF to view..

I don't know much about HTML and CSS etc. That's why
I am using BV.

But I viewed your source file and a lot of things
are repeated multiple times.

For example, <html>....</html>
Inside each HTML tags, you have multiple titles for the
same page.

Maybe someone with a General caliber can shed some light
on it.

Hi, off to a good start. Ditto with other comments, & would also avoid using images for text if you can as the SE's cant read the text to help you with your rankings.
If you get any problems with your gallery script? this gallery freebie might be worth a look. Its also got about 6 styles at the bottom of the demo page.

I also don't really understand for the multiple tags for the same page?
Are you talking about the FAQ section ov the site?

With tags like keywords, title & page description, the words must be within the content of the page. This should also be personal to each pages & not just a group of words copied to each page.
Your gallery also has a quirk in FF & opera, in that i see the page as the image bellow. But seems to be ok in IE.

Musc3,
I would work on the "uniformity" of the site. Seems from page to page the menu at the top is different. There are some pages where your text menu at the top runs into other colors. I would also suggest more white background rather than your plethora of colors. It makes the site look more profesional. For instance, I like your "support" page the best. The colors are great on that page. As noted above, the home page does take a while to upload. I notice that you have a layer that is almost hidden, exept at the bottom of the page. Downsize the layer to just that portion of the page, as that is the only place it is viewable. I don't want to be too critical, as I know you have spent a good deal of time and effort into it and it is a lot of work, but those were my constructive criticisms.

Many experts suggest, to make Google happy at a bare minimum, do the following:

Title
1. Title on a page should describe, in a given number of words,
the business it presents to the world. On every page it should
indicate the content on the page separate and unique than other pages.

2. Insert keywords within the title tag so that search engine
robots will know what your page is about.

3. Make sure that the text within the title tag is also within the body of the page.

4. Do not use the exact same title tag on every page on your website.

5. Title tags for text links. Insert the title tag within the HTML of your text link
to add weight to the link and the page where the link resides.

Keywords
1. Make sure all keywords are on the page if they are in your keyword tag.

2. Do not spam the description or keyword meta tag by stuffing meaningless
keywords.

Links
1. Do not link to link-farms or other search engine unfriendly neighborhoods.

Images
1. All images should have alt text. That is, describe your images with the
use of the alt tag.

2. Make sure all img tags have height & width attributes.

Most important is Content
1. Have good unique and fresh content on all pages.

2. Your first paragraph is the most important.
It should have your primary keyword tags for the page.

Hi,and thanks to everybody who took the time to go thru my site,will fix the bugs....
Wysiwg,all the stuff that you wrote,do all my page have still these problem? as i was carefull to make sure i was doing them right.

If so,would love someone to help me in that area...
